Puravi is a 750-Hour Trained Yoga Teacher, and has been teaching full-time for 6 years. Puravi teaches from an authentic lens and ensures safety is of the utmost importance. Puravi has trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala & Yin. She has also undertaken intensive breath work and meditation training.

Yoga goes past the physical practice and Puravi weaves this into her teachings in an inviting manner.

Puravi works with people from all walks of life from children, to adults, to football players. Her knowledge is vast and she is mindful to take a wholistic approach to provide not only a physical practice but to encourage you to go deeper and tap into the mental and emotional benefits that yoga provides.
